Owners Corporation Levies For July 2019 Quarter

Strata Plan advises all customers that levies for the July quarter have been struck and sent out via email and post.

These levies cover the period of July 1, 2019 – September 30, 2019.

The timely payment of these levies is crucial to ensuring your Owners Corporation has funds to pay for building services, utility bills and insurance.

Levies are struck on a quarterly basis and levy amounts directly correlate with your Owners Corporation’s budget.

If you have requested that you receive levies via email, you should have already received your levy for the July quarter.

We highly recommend that all lot owners update their contact details to include an email address and request email correspondence for levies and all other building notices.

You can update your contact details online via our form.

If you have requested email correspondence but have yet to receive your levy/ies for the July quarter, please get in contact with Strata Plan via info@strataplan.com.au with your name, property address and lot number.

If you have requested that you receive levies via post, please note that these levies have been posted today and should be with you in the coming weeks.

If you do not receive your levies by Wednesday, June 5, please get in contact with us via email at info@strataplan.com.au or via phone on 1300 278 728.

Regardless of your contact preferences, you can view your levies and pay online via our online customer portal.

Please note, that any changes in your quarterly fees are the result of a change in your Owners Corporation’s budget at your Owners Corporation’s most recent Annual General Meeting.

These changes were voted on and approved by the owners who attended the meeting and were not the sole decision of Strata Plan.

These decisions can be reviewed in the Annual General Meeting minutes, which are distributed to all owners after an AGM, in accordance with the contact details provided to Strata Plan.
