Strata Plan customers are advised that their Owners Corporations levies for the upcoming April quarter of the 2018/19 Financial Year will be struck over the next two weeks.
The levies being struck are for the period dated April 1, 2019 – June 30, 2019 and are due on April 1, 2019.
The payment of these levies by the due date is crucial to ensuring your Owners Corporation has funds to pay contractors, utility bills and building insurance.
If you have notified Strata Plan that your contact preference for correspondence is via email, and you haven’t received an email with your latest levy notice by Wednesday 27 February 2019, please contact Strata Plan immediately on 1300 278 728.
If your contact preferences with Strata Plan is to receive correspondence via post, please contact Strata Plan if you have not received your levies by Friday 8 March 2019.
Regardless of your contact preferences, you can view your levies and pay online via our online customer portal.
Please note, that any changes in your quarterly fees are the result of a change in your Owners Corporation’s budget at your Owners Corporation’s most recent Annual General Meeting.
These changes were voted on and approved by the owners who attended the meeting and were not the sole decision of Strata Plan.
These decisions can be reviewed in the Annual General Meeting minutes, which are distributed to all owners after an AGM, in accordance with the contact details provided to Strata Plan.
