Our experience has found that the strata management industry is aging and struggling to reinvent itself. In thecurrent environment, clients like YOU are more knowledgeable, have higher expectations and place much greater value on their time, yet the only real driver of innovation in this industry is legislation. Legislation should provide a controlling balance to innovation - not drive it.

Who we are NOT
Strata Plan is a dedicated Owners Corporation management company. We do not deal in Real Estate sales or Property Management leasing. We have no corporate affiliation with any Real Estate or Property Development company. This allows You, our customer, the security of knowing there can be no conflict of interest issues when dealing with your Owners Corporation needs. This allows Strata Plan to concentrate on what we know and do best. Our customers are our priority!
For developers, we know there is always the risk of expectation gaps appearing between yourselves and potential owners. We can help setting up your building and organising the First Annual General Meeting to ensure the Owners Corporation set-up is geared to minimising conflict and new owners are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.
