Lodging your Insurance Claim
 

 

1. Download your Claim Form here:

If your insurer is not listed please contact us.
 

2. Complete the Claim Form
Please complete and return the form to us by email or post or fax, ready for lodgement;

TIPS:

  1. Plan No: 
This is your Owners Corporation Number, usually found on all correspondence from our office. Usually starting with PS, SP or RP, followed by numbers ie: PS600232W, or RP12345.
  2. Building Address: The physical address of the insured building.

  3. Policy No:
 If you're unsure please contact us or leave blank.

Generally, the insurer will require;

  • A Police report, where property has been stolen, damaged or vandalised
  • If the cause of the damage is due to a leak, the insurer will require a report confirming the cause of the leak has been rectified.
  • You provide Quotes or Invoices to support your claim
  • You provide documentation or detail anything else that may support your claim
     

3. Important Notes

  • Excess: The lot serving to benefit by the claim, will be liable for any excess if applicable.
  • Starting Works: In some cases (subject to your compliance with the policy and at your own discretion) you may decide to either complete the works then lodge the claim, or lodge the claim and await the insurers response.
  • Contents: Your personal content including item such as carpets, light fittings and blinds, are not claimable under the Owners Corporation policy. For more information as to what is covered please refer to the Insurance Policy Wording available here.
