Our experience has found that 'having a strata manager' is significantly LESS beneficial to you than forming an executive partnership with a strata manager that becomes an integral part of your team.

Qualification
As part of your Committee team, you can remain confident in knowing that Strata Plan is an active member of industry associations such as Owners Corporation Victoria, REIV, NCTI and holds an Australian Financial Services Representatives License through ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission).
The Strata Plan team remains current, through ongoing industry education & our internal career development program, which deliver to you the confidence of qualified team members.
Maintenance
Your Committee is supported by an unbiased list of significant partnership of tradespeople. Strata Plan is innovatively building on its quality assurance of tradespeople through the introduction of a trades rating system that directly ties to the portion of business allocated to them. The main rating indicators are based on owner feedback, responsiveness and quality of work.
Administrative Support
Our partnership with you also brings to your Committee the highest quality administration, financial, insurance and legal support. We would be happy to share with you samples of the reports we produce for our current partners.
These support services are important but our view is that they are a commodity as long as we continue to focus on remaining at the forefront of innovation and efficient process.
Our aim is to have our managers personally focus on you and your Committee as opposed to having their heads buried in paperwork. We even make time on the weekend to facilitate AGM's and Committee meetings!
